Clear and transparent refund guidelines for Salwar purchases at AIYRA

At AIYRA, we take pride in delivering thoughtfully crafted Salwar pieces that meet the highest quality standards. We request you to carefully review our refund and exchange policy before placing an order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, Salwar items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of verified damage or incorrect delivery.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used, washed, or altered Salwar
  • Items without original tags
  • Products not returned in original packaging
  • Items sent back without prior approval

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect Salwar, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Important:

  • We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video clearly showing the package and product upon opening.
  • This helps us verify and process your request faster.

While every product undergoes quality checks before shipping, if a defect is confirmed from our end, we will arrange a replacement (subject to availability) or store credit, as applicable.

Note: Minor variations in color, weave, embroidery, or texture are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

Eligibility for Damage-Based Returns

To be eligible for a return due to damage or error:

  • The Salwar must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags must be intact
  • The item must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not available for Salwar products. In approved damage cases, we may offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or
  • Store credit for future purchases

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
