Returns & Exchanges Policy

At AIYRA, we follow fair business practices in accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws. Please review the policy below before initiating a return or exchange.
Returns Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags must remain attached
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom-made or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
This policy complies with Canadian law when clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos of the issue must be provided for evaluation
- In such cases, AIYRA will cover replacement or return shipping costs
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as AIYRA is not responsible for lost return shipments
